Sometimes we need a start, middle and end to help us get moving and create momentum. That’s why I created my 30 Day Challenge, where you do one of my listed workouts per day for 30 days. The whole idea of this challenge is to help you find your groove, create a lasting habit and most importantly, connect with your mind and body in a positive way.
