All of the Greens Salad


For the salad! 🥗

  • 500g baby spinach – washed and strained
  • 500g rocket – washed and strained
  • 1/2 cup of green peas – cook per packet instructions if not using fresh and strain
  • 1 whole avocado- sliced

For the Dressing

  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce


  •  Precook 2tbsp of sesames on a low
  • medium pay then set aside.
  • Combine all the dressing ingredients together and shake well in a bottle.
  • Toss everything together and enjoy!

If making this recipe and want to enjoy for the next day, simply leave the avocado out and add them in as you need them.
