Berry Lemon Breakfast Smoothie

Start your morning off right with a nutritious smoothie that is sure to keep you full for longer.

  • 1 x frozen banana 
  • 1/2 x cup frozen berries 
  • 1 x juice of a whole lemon 
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut 
  • 5 x cashew nuts 
  • 1/2 cup almond milk 
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk  
  • 1 medjool date – optional .
