Choc Slab – Vegan & GF

My absolute FAVE go-to homemade chocolate recipe. I make this slab once a week. Really easy only 3 ingredients. Sometimes less is best right 😛 


  • 1 cup of cacao butter
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 3/4 cup of maple syrup


  • Melt cacao butter over the stove top / warm heat, then stir through remaining ingredients until combine.
  • Poor into a medium sized baking tray lined with baking paper, spread the chocolate as smoothly as you can and dust with freezer dried raspberries.
  • Pop in the freezer to set and keep their once cut into bite sized pieces.
