We have shower & change facilities, as well as a coffee spot for you to relax after your workout.
Our partner studio FITSpace Co. is right next door, and offers Daily Functional Fitness Classes which differ each day in a unique and energy filled class.

CARDIO. TONE. PILATES. STRENGTH
The Katie Dickens Method is designed to create long lean muscle through dance-inspired, endurance based exercises. With a large range of classes covering cardiovascular training, full body toning workouts, matwork Pilates and reformer Pilates, and high-intensity strength group workouts.
Each class is 30 minutes long allowing you to combine the four pillars of training to get the best results from your workouts.
