Uniquely designed with the female figure in mind, the workouts at Dance Barre are technique-focused, incorporating some of Katie’s most-loved methods to provide you with the best possible results.

 

About Us

The Dance Barre Studio has three fitness stages plus a boutique Reformer Pilates Studio. We have shower & change facilities, as well as a coffee spot for you to relax after your workout. Our partner studio FITSpace Co.  is right next door, and offers Daily Functional Fitness Classes which differ each day in a unique and energy filled class.

CLASSES

CARDIO. TONE. PILATES. BARRE. STRENGTH

The Katie Dickens Method is designed to create long lean muscle through dance-inspired, endurance based exercises. With a large range of classes covering cardiovascular training, full body toning workouts, matwork Pilates and reformer Pilates, and high-intensity strength group workouts.

Each class is 30 minutes long allowing you to combine the four pillars of training to get the best results from your workouts.

REFORMER PILATES STUDIO

The Georgie North Pilates Reformer Studio is located in the Centre Stage at Dance Barre. We focus on quality classes, offering six reformers to give our clients the full experience of a quality, intimate, and boutique studio. 

Georgie North has over 20 years experience teaching Reformer Pilates, with expertise in strength and rehabilitation.

Each class is 60 minutes long, and is designed as the perfect low-impact workout to target specific muscles, creating long lean muscle tone, improving posture and correcting alignment. The ideal accompaniment to your Dance Barre workouts, or on it’s own for strength and rehabilitation.

All classes are bookable via the Dance Barre App.
