We absolutely LOVE banana bread, it’s the perfect snack and filled with fibre and nutrients, so you know you are only putting good things in your body. This recipe also has the addition of chocolate, which we think takes it to the next level.
Ingredients
WET
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 cup almond milk
DRY
- 1 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees
- Combine all wet ingredients and mix well.
- Add in dry ingredients and mix with wooden spoon until well combined.
- Bake for 35 minutes, or until golden and insert comes out clean.
