No Nut, Seeded Apricot Bliss Balls

Apricots are an excellent source of vitamins A & C, helping increase your metabolism and digestion. Try out these bliss balls to help you feel fuller for longer. They really are the perfect snack 😉

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apricots
  • 3/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 3 medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Combine all ingredients together and enjoy!
