STRONG by KD is the 18 week Post Pregnancy Program designed for your body – so you can get strong in body, mind and self. Every woman should be truly in love with their new body post-baby, feeling confident, sexy and powerful. This is an amazing time for you, and it’s a time that you should be able to put yourself first too. This 18 Week Guide focuses on getting you back into fitness in a safe and positive way after your baby is born. This program teaches you how to train and fuel your body and get you feeling happy, healthy and strong. This is your Post Pregnancy Guide. This guide is for the 0-18 weeks post-pregnancy, however you can start at any time. Whilst the workout guide starts at ‘Week 4’ you might not be ready to get going then – that’s totally fine. You could start this program anywhere between weeks 0-20 post pregnancy. After then, I would advise you to check out our body type guide to see which program might best suit you. *you must seek medical advice before commencing exercise post-baby.
