- 2-3 Kiwi Fruit
- 2 Green Apples, peeled
- 3 Leaves of Kale
- 2 Handfuls of baby spinach
- 1/2 bunch of mint
- 1/2 Coconut water – add more slowly until you reach your desired consistency.
- Add some coconut chips for crunch, sliced kiwi fruit to amp up the kiwi flavour, and sprinkle over some chia seeds for added nutrition.
