Refreshing Mint & Kiwi Smoothie Bowl

Looking for something delicious and sweet but without BANANA’S? This is such a fresh smoothie recipe with just the natural goodness that comes from fruit.

This smoothie is the perfect topper to add to your lunchtime meal or even alongside your breakfast!

 

  • 2-3 Kiwi Fruit
  • 2 Green Apples, peeled
  • 3 Leaves of Kale
  • 2 Handfuls of baby spinach
  • 1/2 bunch of mint
  • 1/2 Coconut water – add more slowly until you reach your desired consistency. 
  • Add some coconut chips for crunch, sliced kiwi fruit to amp up the kiwi flavour, and sprinkle over some chia seeds for added nutrition.
