Pre/Postnatal – Band Method 1

This is a pregnancy and post-baby friendly workout! Please take it steady and listen to your body overtime you are working out. * Please ensure that you have clearance for exercise from your practitioner before commencing workouts during or post pregnancy. Band Method is a toning workout that uses resistance bands and carefully selected exercises inspired by dance, Pilates and general fitness movements. These exercises will help improve muscle tone, increase strength and improve coordination, balance and flexibility. As always, we keep your mind on the fun and off the pain by having only the best music pumping throughout every class.
